Opel incepe restructurarea

Compania germana a inceput restructurarea, odata cu preluarea de catre chinezii de la DongFeng, care, desi nimeni nu vrea sa recunoasca, au un cuvant greu in grupul PSA pe care l-au salvat de la faliment acum cativa ani.

Evident, nemtii nu vor sa foloseasca cuvantul “restructurare”, dar mesajul transmis de comunicatul de presa primit ieri spune exact asta.

An attractive severance package will be offered from now on to Opel employees of all areas at the German locations, following programs for partial retirement (ATZ) and early retirement (Senior Leave) already implemented since last December. This voluntary leave program has been agreed by the management and the works council within the framework of the arbitration office.

“Step by step, we are building a sustainable future for our company in Germany through enhanced competitiveness like we are doing currently across Europe”, says Opel CEO Michael Lohscheller. The voluntary leave program is in line with the Pace! Plan objective to avoid forced redundancies and plant closures“.

Practic, s-au purtat discutii si negocieri cu reprezentantii angajatilor si cu sindicatele, iar cei mai in varsta angajati au primit o oferta de nerefuzat. Nu la stilul “Nasului”, dar undeva pe aproape…

Un fel de “plecati voi pentru a nu va da noi afara”. Cam asa as interpreta eu partea aia cu citatul din comunicatul de presa: “Programul de plecare voluntara este alinati cu obiectivul “Pace!Plan” care vrea sa evite reduntantele (concedierile) fortate si inchiderea de fabrici”.

Singura necunoscuta ramane distributia modelelor produse in noul grup, deoarece toate, dar ABSOLUT TOATE modelele Opel concureaza direct fiecare model produs de PSA…
